Reservation was guaranteed for a 15 foot truck. I arrived to pick up the truck and there was no 15 foot truck on location. I had to use a 10 foot truck and double the amount of miles that I had to drive for the day and ended up costing me an additional $60-$70 due to the fact that the right truck was not where it needed to be whatever I picked up my rental.
