The Unit was not available at this location. I had to pick it up on a 42-km detour. More km, more Gas, not economical for a company that supports efficiency.

Brian NThe uhaul person was not there, found an employee from the cabinet making dept. He phoned the boss, and I was advised to just drop off the trailer beside building, cabinet employee helped with parking trailer. No drop off paper work given to me, I was advised boss would probably email me when he got back. This was on 30 July approx. 11:30 AM No email or anything from Allstar as of today 5 Aug.
George SWhen I was told to pick up in Langdon I was told mileage usage was going to be adjusted and it didnt cover the trip and I was charged extra for mileage that's not great customer service considering I had to drive extra miles because truck wasn't available in strathmore when I booked well in advance I had to return truck to airdrie and all mileage should have been covered because I was inconvenienced Very poor service
Richard LWhen I made the reservation more than a month before the pickup date I thought I would be able to get the truck from my preferred location. I was told that if I still needed the truck for two days I would have to go to a location 20 kilometres away from Calgary. I agreed when I was given compensation for the mileage and that I could return the vehicle at any location however when I went to the location I had chosen that was the closest I was told that they could not accept it because it was too big and they had no room for it. I then had to go to a corporate location that was twenty minutes away. Overall, the rental experience was not pleasant considering the stress that I was already under from moving.
