Website is manageable but definitely could be more user friendly…. Also too many add in’s at the end to refuse to get to final checkout.. just trying to be helpful… trailer was great.

The rental site was great. The mobile pick up procedure was frustrating. Not much direction was given prior to pick up. I spent 30 minutes trying to locate instructions.
