Jeff DNot detail oriented. The equipment number and license plate number on the trailer didn't match the contract. The dealer was unconcerned but it caused a bit of anxiety. Also, I think I was charged for an extra day. We picked it up on Sunday at 9:45 am and dropped it Wednesday morning at 8:00 am (3 days) = I think we were charged for 4 days.
Don CVery nice and knowledgeable staff inside at the counter AND the man who get down on his belly to hook up the car trailer to the truck we had picked up in Laramie. *No matter when you reserve your U-Haul, they will let you know 24hours before pick up where and if they have a truck and trailer. For us, we were able to get a truck in one town and (Thankfully) the car trailer in another town that was in the same direction as we were going.
