SALVADOR SJust the paperwork time
VICTOR ALocation was understaffed; the trailer that I had reserved 3 days prior was buried behind about 15 tow dollies and auto carriers. I had to manually push some auto carriers out of the way, and manually maneuver the trailer about 100 feet to be able to connect it to my vehicle. The young lady that was working was very nice, but there were other customers she had to attend to, and there were no other employees available to help.
JEFF PService was great - but would be good to have support personnel to help with hitching large trailers.
