We made a reservation at the 8319 San Dario location. When we arrived, we were told our vehicle was not ready because the previous renter did not leave the keys to the unit. There were other vehicles at this location but none were offered. No resolution to remedy this problem was made. Instead, we were told to go to another location to pick up a vehicle there. Not only was this an inconvenience, but it made is waste more than an hour and a half just to get into a vehicle.
