Location was closed at appointment time for pick up, had to reschedule for an hour after then they did not have the dollie I had reserved with order. Next day for drop off they were also closed. Dropped off and called the 800 number to check out. Next day they charged me an extra day and now they say I did not return all 6 blankets when I’m sure they were in the truck. That is what happens when no one is present at the time of drop off because it’s her word against mine. I assured they are in there but they say other wise and how can I or them prove otherwise. So, they want to charge me almost 59 dollars for the blankets. That location made my rental a nightmare everything was wrong since the beginning when they did not open on time. I would never use that location again and I hope they don’t charge my card without my permission and are expecting a refund for the extra day they are charging me,
