JULIO CI made a reservation for a 26’ truck for 2pm. I get a call a little after 2 that they don’t have the truck but they would send my reservation to another location. I go to that other location and there’s no one there, I’m told the person in charge left for a graduation. Then I have to go back to the original location and get a 20’ instead of 26’ which is what I had reserved in the first place. Long story short ended up having to put more miles on the truck because not everything fit. The movers I had hired charged me since 2pm.
JOSE FMy bank account was charged twice for the one rental causing my account to be in the negative. Changing the way you charge your clients would help me to be a repeat customer bc everything went smoothly and I was very pleased with the customer service representative. But the charging my account twice is what will defer me from coming back and renting with uhaul again.
