We had rough start with ust trying to get our equipment because it was not at the location that you are stated we could pick up at the gentleman at this location was super super helpful we had trailer light issues he did everything he possibly could to get us up and running on a time frame we really really appreciate it everything that you did to help us at the end of the day it all worked out and it was great renting from U-Haul at this location

Didn't like picking up truck and car transport at 2 different locations.
Raymond STrashy location. Trailer wasn’t that clean inside. But the major complaint is that when my parents tried to return the trailer they contacted the owner of the facility three times to tell him when they would be arriving. When they got there no one was available. When they called for help, the owner said “he was at home already” and would not come out to help my 88 and 91 year old parents with the heavy trailer. With great difficulty my father was able to get the trailer off but this is absolutely the WORST customer service we have EVER received from your company or a vender of your company. I would revoke his contract with you.

Paul CCharged me $130 for a return because they “accidentally” marked that I damaged a dolly and didn’t. Returned with 331 miles of gas when I left with 309 and they charged me. U-HAUL is a SCAM. owner was great and talked to U-HAUL to get dolly charged reversed but U-HAUL is. SCAM. FRAUD.
