TODD VI wouldn't recommend it because I hired the truck for 24 hours, from 8 am to 8 am the next day. I received the truck clean inside, but the outside was dirty. Especially the windshield. I returned the truck at 4:30 in the afternoon even though I had already paid for a full day for it, but I made a mistake If I hadn't filled the tank as it was, I would have only been missing half a quart.So they decided to deduct $31 from me without taking into account that I returned in much less time and with fewer miles than requested. For me, it leaves much to be desired that this wasn't taken into account. If I can stop using it early and with fewer miles than I paid for, I will.
Adriana EHave communication come from the office for pickup. I've received 3 calls telling me about pu location, time change, asking me to call back. I was busy moving and wasn't sure if the rental was still good.
KENT GI always use this U-Haul because of the customer service and an affordable price. I will refer my friends also. 5 stars for sure!
