The complete transaction was Excellent, from the renting the trailer on line to picking up the trailer. Office and people helping were very friendly and extremely helpful. I have used this rental place on N Grand Ave 3 times before and it seems like it gets better each time (if that's possible). I would recommend this UHaul location in a heartbeat. Albin FWe initially reserved a 5X8 and up graded to the 6X12 and I was completely satisfied as to how well it trailed behind my F- 150 , there was no swaying as well, so yea, thanks for trying to maintain quality equipment
