The customer representatives were awesome at both locations. The engine light on the truck came in as I left the Santa Fe location. It may have been related to emissions? Other than that the truck ran well. It was a bit heavier on gas than a previous rental. Once again the customer service representatives who assisted me were very professional and helpful at both locations. Thank you U-haul.
Cathy SRude service didn’t want me to come inside with my service animal. Miss quoted me on miles when I got to my destination I had to pay 180.00 more than I was quoted. Why we have gps miles is the easiest thing to figure out when someone is moving. Makes no sense might be last time I use your service. I didn’t have these issues with Penske
