LaVettra CReserved an appliance dolly but received a utility dolly. Customer service called and asked if I could drop off at a different location. I was ok with that. Upon using the app to check in, there wasn’t that specific location to drop off at fairway. Called customer service and they were able to change drop off location to correct drop off, and they said to go back to location and swap out dolly. The employee at EZ smoke apologized about the mix up. Overall, I appreciate customer service for fixing the issues and the ez smoke employee.
