Bobby went ABOVE & BEYOND assisting me from the beginning. We had issues with the reservation because they weren’t available at the first location and I needed two trucks, they sent us to two different places. With ease, Bobby was able to make it to where we could get both at his location. He saved us so much stress and was on top of everything even when I needed assistance before hours at 7 am. 5 Stars 10/10 would reccomend going through them if you need a truck. So grateful for all that he did!!! THANK YOU BOBBY!!!

Weird location with no clear drop off point signage.
GRANT HNothing,the gentleman worked with me on everything I asked, He was very polite and helpful. If I need another u-haul, I DEFINITELY WILL GO TO THE SAME PLACE ! Best experience I have had I have rented from all different places before.
