Elaine was super helpful, you should have your staff trained by her, she made renting the truck so easy and when needed to upgrade to a larger truck it wasn't an issue at all. Thank you very much
JOSE FI was wrongfully charged a 25 cleaning fee. The location was unable to help because the agreement is only but agreed i shouldnt be charged for that. I will be following up in monday with the 1800 number the kind lady who helped me gave to me.
