DIANE PIshmael, was amazing!! He actually listened and understood what we were going through. He knew our move was rushed (due to mold in our place). He took it upon himself to extend our rental so that we did not get hit with any extra fees. I had no idea that was a thing, so he really covered us on that and saved us some money as well.
RONALD COne of the smoothest experiences renting a truck I have ever had. I really liked that the final receipt was emailed so quickly! I was able to get it over to our accounting department before they got grumpy about me not submitting the receipt. Thank you!
