Rental process was great and return was easy however since returning the rental and paying for it, there have been numerous attempts to charge my card for different amounts of money varying from $185 to $25 after being told by customer service that I had no balance owed and they were not sure why they were charging my card. This has been ongoing of this location charging my card over a month after returning my rental.

ALFONSO GI did not meet any personnel here. I dropped off after hours and the lot was large enough, well lit, and instructions were clear.
TEE FIt was an easy pick up. Customer Service was above and beyond. The gentlemen working were very professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again.
