The location hours are clearly stated on the front door. I expected to get assistance from someone. I was there during business hours, and there was nobody in the office. I knocked on the front door and on the back door (the one with the U-Haul Sign and I called their number.

This is a small location that wasn't suitable to drop off a 20 ft truck. Also when I arrived there was no personnel on site and I had to call a number that was left on the door for someone to arrive.
