SAMUEL JI rented a truck 11June25. It was approx. 105° outside and the truck DID NOT have AC. I believe the friend that rode with me suffered a mild heat stroke; she experienced nausea, numbness in both hands, a headache and had become dehydrated. It was vey scary as she is a 70 yr. young woman. This vehicle was a safety hazard and should be inspected/checked prior to being rented out. The staff at this location were awesome, very customer service oriented.

RONALD REmployee was very helpful. First truck the AC didn't work. Uhaul customer service was very hard to navigate on my side and the employees side, to get the truck changed out. They system also would not allow for the price to be changed.
