The person who assisted me was kind, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Whenever I have projects on that side of town, I will be more than happy to use this location again. I truly believe this location sets an example of what great customer service should be.

The employees were fantastic, I just don’t recommend this location because it was a super tiny parking lot. It was confusing and hard to navigate a large truck. But this shouldn’t reflect on the service we received. They were very helpful and it was a fine experience.
Jessica LSigned up for mobile access and when we got there, the vehicle was locked. Waited 20 minutes for someone to show up inside the unlocked office. The inside and front of the vehicle was filthy sticky juice splattered all over the cab we had to clean it up to drive it.
Michael TFriendly help. Fast service. No issues with renting or returning truck.
