I was switched locations and when I arrived at the new location they did not have a dolly like I requested and was offered an appliance dolly at the full price even though that was not what I reserved. Not only did I have to change locations which means more gas and more miles I did not receive a discount on the dolly that I didn’t actually anticipate getting.

DEAN WLove the ease of the new process. Reminds me of Turo. It made it real convenient. Plus the UHaul customer service was great. She was so helpful with getting us checked in. I hope that corporate doesn't replace that type of service with AI.
Danna KI was charged $20 extra for bringing the truck back better than I received it. I left with 3/8 tank of fuel,brought it back on 1/2. Truck was clean and no damage. Ready for the next order of business. Out of greed I was charged an extra fee. Thanks u-haul.
