Lock didn't work when trying to get the key, so it set me back a little bit with timing. But the worker was able to get me another vehicle.

Inconvenient - We found the usuals in the back of building- then when using the mobile check-out option, you had to drive around to the front because the app wouldn’t recognize you were there with the truck. Then go back around to finish. It worked out, however was pretty inconvenient. Up front Communication about it all would have been good.
Stephany YI was switched locations and when I arrived at the new location they did not have a dolly like I requested and was offered an appliance dolly at the full price even though that was not what I reserved. Not only did I have to change locations which means more gas and more miles I did not receive a discount on the dolly that I didn’t actually anticipate getting.
