The online check in process is wack af! Directions say to go the lock box on the back of the truck. News flash- There isn't one. The lockbox is on the building. So I had to go in and talk to someone anyways. Caused a delay of over 30 minutes. The guy that helped me was awesome though. Very polite and courteous.
