I paid $762 for 1 way from Oakland to Las Vegas, used no equipment, swept the inside of the truck and you charge me $10.00 for cleaning fee?

Friendly but disorganized. Went through the whole process, then they couldn't find the key to that truck and had to start over with a second truck. Truck itself was fine, clean, undamaged, everything worked and ran fine, and the bill came out exactly as predicted. I estimated I'd have it back by 1:00 pm and dropped it off at 12:44 pm. But then I got a call at 5:25 pm from U-Haul corporate saying their system still showed I had the truck, it hadn't been updated to show I'd returned it over 3 hours earlier. Fortunately, I'd taken a picture of it parked at the store after I returned it, with a timestamp, so it wasn't as stressful as it would have been.
