Store was undergoing renovations and a bit of a dister inside, but the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is very far from my house and inconvenient, so I wouldn't pick this as my favorite place, but the staff were superior to most locations.

Joel SWe were charged a cleaning fee and identified as missing one blanket. We only used one blanket and the remaining 11 blankets were still in the bag issued. Hard to say 1 was missing when there was only one used and it was placed loosely in the back. There was nothing to clean as there was nothing back there. It was completely empty. How else can you rent a truck and have it emptied and returned within about 24 hours.
