ROBERT RI took the auto insurance. But the gentleman at the counter was forcing others to take the auto insurance. People do not have to take it if they do not like it you can actually be sued for forcing that.
James SThey received my truck a day latter after my drop off. They charged for fuel when I brought it to the level when I left. The app was down and I contacted U-haul and explained it right after I dropped the truck off so it is documented. I have pictures of the mileage and fuel before and after I dropped it off. I will be talkinf to U-haul tomorrow and letting them know about the rip off.
GARRY FStore was undergoing renovations and a bit of a dister inside, but the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is very far from my house and inconvenient, so I wouldn't pick this as my favorite place, but the staff were superior to most locations.
