Stephen Tthey didn't even tell me to call 1800 go uhaul when i locked the keys in the car. they did nothing to help, actually delayed my finding help, and should pay for 1/2 of the locksmith costs, at least. your rep advised me to deal with the manager though the manager was the problem any uhaul rep should have known what to do in this circumstance. the guy at the drop off location advised me immediately that i could have called uhaul to open the cab door. .

DARIO PDon't use that location. Uhaul is a great company but some of the locations suck. I was charged twice and have to wait 35 business days to get my money. After I just moved and have expenses
