U-haul changed my pickup location last minute over 20 miles away. Very sketchy location at a Vape Shopp. Truck was on total E. Because I had to drive further for pickup, it made me go 11 miles over. Location drop off in Gunnison Colorado would not take off the extra 11 miles and charged me. What a joke! I do not ever want to use U-haul again.
CINDY BDropped off the truck because the store was closed. But it was easy and quick to find. The location is very convenient either for p/u or d/o. NOTE: Question personnel is helpful is NA because the store is still closed. I put YES just to end this survey

RENE BI was surprised by the combo U-Haul drop off/Vape store. The person in charge was at the ready to help & the receipt was done well, but I guess the smell of Pot was off putting to me! Perhaps I should have made a better drop off selection!
