Truck was given with less than half a tank of gas, back of truck was dirty and they want to charge me for gas when given back with the same amount given to me. Not once was the truck inspected.
Champagne ERental process was great and return was easy however since returning the rental and paying for it, there have been numerous attempts to charge my card for different amounts of money varying from $185 to $25 after being told by customer service that I had no balance owed and they were not sure why they were charging my card. This has been ongoing of this location charging my card over a month after returning my rental.
