Told us we would be charged extra since we were supposed to drop off in Amherstburg. We told him we had received a text and a call from u-haul telling us the location of our choice had no room.for the truck. He didn’t care to call and confirm anything for us.

Pickup was great but drop off was unacceptable. Sat there for 45 mins trying to figure out kms to miles and had to call someone else to complete the transaction.

Sandeep BLady running this place was extremely rude. Called to criticize where we dropped off trailer. Hung up on us while we were explaining our situation. Totally unprofessional. Called customer support and they resolved the issue.
