Take pictures of absolutely everything. I gave the truck back with more fuel then I took possession with. I went 24km over the quote and they are charging me almost 100km over. It hasn't been cleaned in a very very long time. Last drivers, drivers license was in the cup holder. I have rented alot of uhauls and these people are the biggest crooks in Lasalle and area. Spent alot of time on hold for a 27 dollar refund that I might see in 30 days. Quote was 167.00. Woke up to charges of 322.00. I am absolutely appalled by Uhauls representation this transaction..

GEORGE KThe van had no gas when I picked it up. had to go straight to a gas station. Wasn't sure I was going to make it there. The man working said put gas in & I would be reimbursed for the fuel. I dropped it off with over a 1/4 of a tank of gas and was charged $22 instead of being reimbursed.
