The excellent rating is only for the people at silver chase self storage. They were very nice and helpful My original reservation despite being a confirmed resevation was moved from a 5 mins away loctaion in tracy to 25 miles away in Lathrop and the customer service and scheduling team did not even care to be empathetic to my situation, they were rude and didnt give a damn. So basically I paid fro 50 miles just to pick up and return the truck. Over all had a very bad experience with Uhaul in general . reimburse me for 50 miles that i paid just to pick up and drop off the truck.

Two U-Hauls were illegally parked. There was not enough space to fit a 15' truck if they had been legally parked. There was not enough space. The owner is required by California Business and Professions code to enforce it and they are not. I will be informing the California chamber of commerce and building department there are multiple statutory violations that are not being addressed. You have a shitty location.
