The truck that was rented to me had Engine problems, it had stalled 3xs I had to get towed back to a new by location. Because i could not get ahold of anyone at the help center, probably due to the storm that was in effect at the moment. but when told about the issues was not given credit of any sort. I also had showed them pictures of the engine light that was on on the dash and receipts showing that it was towed. And still I got nothing for my troubles. I Will not recommend this location to anyone.
MICHAEL AThis location and staff were excellent. I rented a truck on Wednesday and Saturday. My experience with the UHaul app was terrible. I don't know if you got rid of the QA team or what, but the app simply doesn't work. I'm not going to get into details; you can read reviews from other customers, or - here's an idea - do some internal beta testing on the app before you release it.
