The truck had some issues, the steering was terrible and shaky, the brakes didn’t feel good, when accelerating the engine made a lot of noise, and there were no dollys in the truck. I don’t think the truck would have been safe for a longer drive, I only drove it a few miles down the road. The dollys I ordered two online but when I went to get the truck there were no dollys on it. I called customer service and was put on hold three times to talk to someone about there being no dollys. Luckily we borrowed a dolly from a friend, but I was still charged $17 for two dollys that I have a confirmation text for saying the charge had been removed. The people at the site were as helpful as they could be and responded fairly quickly to calls and ringing the bell. I know whoever is reading this probably doesn’t have the ability to change this last complaint but I want to say I hate the app. The app was extremely frustrating to use. The signal at this site was terrible so it took quite a long time in the heat to get everything completed in the app. The process was so bad that I do not want to use the app ever again. I also would not recommend this location because of the bad cell service if using the app.

I will try my best never to use your online service again. Check the number of times I called, the number of times I was put on hold, the number of times I was told untruths, etc. It was extremely frustrating. There was one agent who was sincere in trying to get the situation solved. She was on the phone with me until the owners of the location came at about 9 to 9:30.

Christopher WThe trailer I rented had messed up brakes. I went to slow down while it was attached to my vehicle and all of a sudden the brakes locked up causing the trailer and vehicle to nearly flip over. When I went to return the Uhaul, the owner of the location didn't seem to care that the equipment was poorly maintained and acted as if it was just a Uhaul problem. His wife on the other hand was very nice and said she would have someone take a look at it.

PATRICK TThe truck that was rented to me had Engine problems, it had stalled 3xs I had to get towed back to a new by location. Because i could not get ahold of anyone at the help center, probably due to the storm that was in effect at the moment. but when told about the issues was not given credit of any sort. I also had showed them pictures of the engine light that was on on the dash and receipts showing that it was towed. And still I got nothing for my troubles. I Will not recommend this location to anyone.
MICHAEL AThis location and staff were excellent. I rented a truck on Wednesday and Saturday. My experience with the UHaul app was terrible. I don't know if you got rid of the QA team or what, but the app simply doesn't work. I'm not going to get into details; you can read reviews from other customers, or - here's an idea - do some internal beta testing on the app before you release it.
