On top of opening at 10am, so we can’t pickup earlier, they are always late. I had to wait till 11am last time and 10:45 before..

The owner took care of removing the trailer himself. I had nothing to do.
ANDRE SNice guy, professional service, very helpful. Went above and beyond to make the reservation work. My rating is more about the cleanliness of the local and the smell of cigaret/weed that was very present.

MICHAEL MRenting experience was straightforward as its always is with U-Haul, however this location did the usual "additional 10$ insurance is mandatory". They straight up told us that if we didn't take the additional 10$ insurance they couldn't let us rent the trailer, which is a lie. I didn't felt like fighting over it and I was on a schedule so I just paid the 10$ and called U-Haul customer service who was very courteous and refunded the 10$.
