the service was terrible, i reserved it for 4 hours, it took one hour to get the Econoline; the lady was alone , computer technical problems, bad mangement , and now bad billing it did 30 km , she charged me 100 km!!! now i have to waist my time again to adjust my billing. i pay 3 hours of renting, and i give them from my time, 2 hours additionnel to get everything as i asked.
