Améliorer la communication (il était difficile de communiquer en français), contrat clair (on m’a réservé un camion plus grand sans m’en aviser, bien qu’on ait rectifié la situation à ma demande), contrat honnête (on m’a chargé un montant supplémentaire pour l’essence, en indiquant que je n’avais pas remis le plein tel qu’il était à la prise du camion, alors que je l’ai remis avec un peu plus d’essence qu’il n’y en avait à l’origine).

I called and requested a compensation for the trouble but no one cares, not only didn’t I get a truck less than an hour before my pick up time, but the truck was not drivable, I had to go get another 50 miles away , having to pay my movers extra time.
Martial AProvide contract and insurance by email when picking up the truck. I had an accident no dommage on the truck but the other car loose it’s bumper which I had damaged when moving backwards to park the truck. I want signal issue issue but no one is pick-up the phone
