This location was fine and thankfully they had the truck we needed, but here's our issue. We live in St Albert. We made our reservation at a location in St Albert. When we got there, they didn't have our truck and had no idea what we were talking about. They told us to call you, which we did. It turns out the truck we were supposed to pick up had been kept late by the previous renter and had still not been returned. Neither the location nor us had been contacted about it. We were told that the next closest location to have our size truck was a 10-15 drive away, 11km to be exact. Through no fault of our own, we now had to drive an extra 22km round trip to get and return our rental. That is nearly $30 extra we had to pay for mileage for something that was not our doing and not our fault.

Everything was good except the fuel was low. what you can do for the next customer. Make sure there's a lot of fuel in the truck .

Shza EThe rental I chose (van) is not available despite the fact that the uhaul booking site stated it is for sure available. The lady on that place not only charged me $100 but also seemed annoyed and had not apology or anything. I only had the rental for 3 hours, and only drove 13 kms. There were no instructions, checking or whatsoever when she gave me the key. And she doesnt even know where the van i was renting was at.
Andrea GTruck had garbage from previous renters in the cab, truck had barely any fuel and ran out before I got to a gas station making me walk to nearest fuel station get a gas can/fuel in -25°c weather and having to put in more fuel then used ($50) and never got reimbursed even when presented the receipt. Did not have my furniture dollys as requested and booked in advance. Over priced, and different from quote given online especially with mileage cost. I was quoted 1.29 but had to pay 2.07 for mileage driven ontop of fueling up before and after using uhaul. Paid a total of $180 with rental/fuel/coverage for a quote given at $69.25 with the $1.29 mileage use.
