I am not sure why I had a $61.24 missing/damage fee charged to my credit card. I WAS ONLY GIVEN 6 Blankets and they were folded in the back of the truck which was also swept out clean when I returned the truck. I has asked for 12 but they only had 6 to let me use. The gas tank actually had more than when I picked the truck up. Otherwise, the turn in location was very good.

Annette HLocation was closed upon arrival. A sign was left to call a different number. Fortunately, we had the ability to pick up the equipment with online access.
Susan TNo customer service. The uhaul sight asked if we wanted to do in person or 24/7 pickup. We chose in person, it showed this location to be open and have staff for our pickup time, but we got there and no one was in the office. We couldn't do online checkin at that point. Wasted over 30 minutes trying to get the uhaul.
