Pick up and drop off were quick and easy and the people were very helpful and great to work with. Only negative was the somewhat cramped parking lot, but even then it was still easily managed.

These guys were awesome
Austin WThe application on the phone needs improving. Due to Pro lube loosing their internet due to a storm we had to rely on our phones for pick up. It was impossible!! We had to call the Nashville office and they had to keep changing input data so that the application would work. It was a ridiculous situation. The best thing was that the pro lube manager was proficient of uhaul applications. Everyone we talked to through the process all said that the online application for pick up was an issue that has not been worked on. It was a clean truck but not sure I want to go through the hassle of pick up again with uhaul.
