DOROTHY MComputers didnt work when I got there, had to hookup the trailer myself and got charged $25 insurance I wasnt asked about at checkout and didn't have on my quote.
akhil GThis guy has no idea what he's doing. I reserved multiple dollies for my move and when I went to pick up the truck, he said he didn't have any. I never got a phone call to confirm my reservation. When he told me about the dollies, he said I could just go to a different location and they would rent there's out to me. (Which ended up being not true) Turns out this man deleted my original reservation, made a new one without my approval which affected my drop off date, time AND, location. Never use this U-Haul location!!!
