I had rented the truck at a U-Haul store and ended up having to change to pick up at a convenience store. When I arrived at the store, the clerk did not know how to handle the process. He was on the phone with someone else at the store and it took around 30 minutes before everything was worked out. This is why I arranged to pick up the truck at an actual store. This was frustrating.

Leonard FI have problem with this store. The y charge me extra day 40$ .i drops off the truck same day at 4.00 pm and I have a prove of video.
HICHAM EThe service excellent. The fuel charge was fine but $30 additional for adding/ pumping fuel is a bit excessive. Not happy about that. The rest of the experience was good.
