This location charged me more than I was originally quoted for. They added coverage that I didn't approve and they didn't authorize any amount with me. They also didn't charge my account until 45 minutes later.. very shady

Jose AHorrible attitudes and had no desire to deal with us as U-Haul customers. We were were a few miles below where we started with gas and they took 6 gallons of gas at $4.75 a gallon that was way more than should have been taken out of our $100 deposit. Will not be using U-Haul ever again
