I have to take the unit off myself, parked on gravel where I got a flat tire, even when they helped putting more air to my tire, and tell me when is a shop to fix it. Doesn’t make it fair for the unclean gravel and not helping to disconnect the trailer to a customer

KENDRICK KThe owner of this place was very rude. He was not there and the the girl jill had to call and ask him questions regarding my rental and logging in and he was yelling and cussing at her and ended up hanging up on her because I was in the office while she was talking to him. I was so uncomfortable I went outside and waited. She was a super sweet girl and he was just so mean.
