The $19.99 trucks are supposedly for 1 way, so I had to rent a more expensive unit. Have rented from this location MANY times. In addition, no parking so I had to leave a have someone drop me off

No issues. Customer service was superior
Lindsay FThe truck gas gauge and the sheet to put in the correct amount of fuel is WRONG! Over filled the tank. Told to contact UHual directly and they said contact store. I have no issue with stores , corporate yes and since there is no Customer service to resolve. I would NOT recommend!!!
JOSEPH DImpossible to rent vehicle w/o help from customer service. The app crashes, doesn’t have correct info. Pickup location was changed w/o any notification(text or email). Finally spoke to Keisha who saved my day, walked me through process till the end. She was the main positive experience in this transaction.
