The manager was not on sight so the staff was no help at all. So I went to the app and ot did not work as it would not recognize my location. It took over an hour and many calls to get the keys.

Mobile drop off very easy to use
Daniel GHad to go 6hrs. Had a bad tire and so many extra costs because of it the gas milage was double and had to stop 5 times for air. Had a tight budget and them giving me a broken product has messed up already tight budget. Never again!
Heather LTook a bit longer to pick-up than anticipated. Not sure how someone pays 19.99 day for local use.
