Hours online were different than on the door. Worker showed up late for his shift so I spent 1.5 hours waiting to talk to a person to make sure I was dropping off at the right location and if there was anything else I needed to do. Very unprofessional and not a good location for U-Haul returns. When I finally reached customer service the worker finally arrived but I would’ve changed my drop off location if they wouldn’t have shown up.

No extra equipment that was reserved was available which made loading more difficult and time extensive and the truck was very dated. I will just hire movers next time
