My pick up time was scheduled for 7 AM. This was confirmed for this location after being transferred from another location. At 6 PM the day before pick up, the pick up time was changed to 9AM. This delayed my move day significantly. I ordered 12 furniture blankets, but the location could only find 4 from other trucks. Lack of furniture pad availability has happened to me the last 2 rentals from different locations. The location blames corporate and corporate blames the location. Someone needs to own poor customer service! I feel at least a partial refund is warranted.

JODI DI rented a uhaul to move equipment. I was supposed to pick up the truck in Lebanon using the app. The app DID NOT work, which I thought was strange. I was doing everything right. So, I called the 800#. They told me my pickup location had changed. They DID NOT notify me of the change. I was sitting at the right location expecting to get a truck. Then I was told to drive further to get the truck at a different location. I DID NOT have time to go to the new location. I was already late to do the pickup but had no truck. Uhaul did not have the decency and courtesy to call or text me about the change in a timely manner. It ruined my plans and created a horrible hardship. I will never use them again.

Kaulah WI mobile returned the U-Haul truck so I cannot comment on the personnel, but the parking lot was open and easy to get into, and keys were easy to drop in the box once my check in and confirmation photos were complete.
