I'd recommend location but not Uhaul. System was down. I had to download the app. The app is glitchy and it wouldn't upload my driver's license. I had to do it 4 times. It wouldn't accept by birth date. Once done, the truck I booked wasn't assigned to me, so I couldn't complete the rental. Gas attendant had to call someone. I was there for about 1 hour!! Do better. Your booking system sucks!!

Neal ARipping people off by charging for fuel that was already refilled in the truck. Typical of this culture that is running this location
Kelly FIt was quite a situation dropping the truck and trailer. However the guy was helpful the best he could.
Lloyd NProcess was a bit unclear but it was really easy. We did the online process with previous rental and it was really complicated so I think we expected the process to be more complicated even in person but it was actually really easy.
