Chantille RThe truck was dirty inside and out. I called the main office in Edmonton if they can wash it, they said no. I arrived in Kamloops and was surprised when I said they gave it to me like that. The staff are helpful.
Alexander SI'd recommend location but not Uhaul. System was down. I had to download the app. The app is glitchy and it wouldn't upload my driver's license. I had to do it 4 times. It wouldn't accept by birth date. Once done, the truck I booked wasn't assigned to me, so I couldn't complete the rental. Gas attendant had to call someone. I was there for about 1 hour!! Do better. Your booking system sucks!!
