Process was a bit unclear but it was really easy. We did the online process with previous rental and it was really complicated so I think we expected the process to be more complicated even in person but it was actually really easy.

William EI talked to the clerk and he told me I would have to go back to the place I rented the truck from to get a refund. I did that this morning July 24, 2025 and was told I would have to call UHAUL. I did that and was told that was company policy to assign two days to go 111 miles. I old her I only had the truck for 5 1/2 hours and that your company was stealing my money. Change your policy.
