The employee at the drop off location was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Even though the employee had other store duties as this was not a straight Uhaul location. Made sure that he apologized to us for the wait. Also at the end he again apologized for the time to drop off the truck asking if anything else they could do for us.

The location great but the online portion didnt work at all and I waa miss informed. Ive never had issues before but tried the self check in and return and it didn't work at all, even was supposed to return to the north end to find out i had to return to the original spot .
kim mI ordered 2 Dolly's. But a hour before pickup they called to tell me that the 2 Dollys were not available and asked will that be OK. Well, think about that. I order a truck to fill it. Then move everything into a 30 story Condo. Just redicolus. Then at the teller tbey ask if its ok again if they remove from the order, flabergasted at the stupidity or maybe its just dealing with these New Canadians that are clueless. So am I impressed no. I wasn't expecting much, but you still came in under the Bar.
Gregory MNo problem with location and equipment. The problem is that Uhaul changed the pickup location on me and did not notify me.
Amy MHave vehicle cleaned and garbage in cab and old boxes removed from back. I rented the vehicle and put $50.00 worth of fuel to bring it over1/2 tank. I moved 4 large items from Leduc to Wetaskiwin and picked up 2 chairs in Edmonton returned to Leduc l did it in under 6 hrs. I put 95 miles on truck. 19.95 a day is a joke when I had to pay $197.xx + I had to put in $50.00 fuel before I could do the job. I'm a larger person and the step into the vehicle was almost impossible to do
