I had an enormously difficult time getting the engine to start each time, exacerbated by the arthritis in my hands, so it may not be a problem for stronger hands. It sort of felt like the key wasn't quite hitting a spot all the time. I almost had to call after gassing up because it took many tries to get it started; finally using two hands got it going. On a positive note, this truck had pretty good brakes, which a truck I rented a month or so back, didn't. And the dog in the office is wonderful, as are the people.
