Opening the outside lock for keys gave two of us a very difficult time. Very awkward. The process for returning could have been explained better by U-Haul emails. THE GUN SHOP employees provided much-needed and EXCELLENT assistance on both aforementioned difficulties.

BETTY BWas suppose to drop off the trailer in Fruitland park and of course U-Haul changes things last minute of people. Was not informed it was a self drop off which I turned in 2 days early and anyone could pull up and steal these trailers while under contract
