On-line, I reserved a trailer, appliance hand truck and 12 blankets. When I arrived at the rental location for pickup, I was told that they never have blankets and hardly ever have the hand truck. So I was left without these items at the last minute which greatly complicated my move. If these items are not available at the place of rental, it should tell you that when you make the reservation. Very disappointed.

RANDY Ctell them if drop off point does not have help available. with 2 bad knees (4 surgeries) had to kneel to get chains off.
